I can see you are still looking for the chair :)
This one has already been proposed in a similar thread and you won't find a better one for this money. It looks decent, has the ability to adjust many elements, a mesh backrest and a headrest. If you don't sit down, you won't check :) . Order by mail order, test if you will not return it :)

Sometimes you can get something off the top shelf after winding up your business :) . Check out the ads on OLX. It will be a stimulant often unused.

Once upon a time, such armchairs were sold by "Agata". See, maybe they still have it, some will be presented at the exhibition.

I have and recommend it. Small inconveniences are the armrests crumble, but you can buy and replace. Castors with a brake are missing a bit.

4 years. the corners of the armrests break. You can stick it with, for example, silicone for some time. A set of armrests about PLN 50.

The net will last. As for the headrest, I do not use it.

back pain, often in the lumbar region, but also sometimes in the cervical region.

I understand you passed an orthopedist. The doctor recommended swimming for me.

How about the ergonomics of other hardware components? Do you have a monitor at the right height? You're not using your laptop by accident (it's not very ergonomic). I recommend the Workrave program - it suggests taking breaks while working with the computer.

I had a backache in my lower back when the backrest fell down and pressed in the wrong place, at the wrong height. Picking it up did the trick. The offer says that the backrest is adjustable, but I do not see any explanation or adjustable up and down.

As for neck pain, pick up the monitor, put it on books, just don't bend your head down so that the vertebrae fit together as nature invented, i.e. a parallel load along the entire length of the vertebrae's contact. The bending causes the contact surface to resemble a V, and certain vertebrae contact points are more stressed than others. A bad habit chair will not help, sometimes it will force a better posture

Sometimes it is worth investing a cent in a physiotherapist who will diagnose and explain. I use it because sitting is half of my life (such a job)
