    Good morning.
I searched in google with the note electrode and I searched here directly but I did not find an identical topic, only some similar ones.

This is the power supply that died:

Here, the guy from allegro sells for PLN 4 about relatives

I'm a total amateur but I don't like to throw things away until I've made some attempt to treat them. I took the lamp out from someone in a damp basement and after cleaning it worked for a while but quickly fell. I'm assuming it's the power supply. The one from the allegro has a different tip but I wanted to cut it live, also cut the one from the lamp and connect the wires and see what happens. If it worked, solder it. What do you think?

If you have a meter, I would start by checking the power supply, whether it gives any voltage, and if it gives what kind. I would also check the Led, because it is probably there, whether it is operational, whether it will light up when connected to 3.2 V for a moment (2 new 1.5 V batteries connected in series). If it does not light up with one connection, check it after changing the polarity.

with these batteries an interesting idea because I have fingers at home and I don't have a meter but I know someone who only has to go to him to burn more gasoline than this power supply is worth, this option is not an option

I decided to use an old LG phone charger with a wide output, probably from 2000:

I cut off the tip in this charger and it was a 10 because these old chargers have quite thick wires that were quite easy to separate and we have red (-) and white which is a plus (+) and I connected it to the original plug that goes into the original power supply . The plug has a thin and thicker pin, everything is described on the power supply and the socket has the right shapes of plus and minus, it's possible to figure out which is which.

after isolating the wires from each other so that they do not touch each other, I wrapped everything with insulating tape and welded it with a lighter and I won't even solder it. Topic to be closed. I also recommend Nokia chargers with a thick pin.
