I have a LG 42ln5404 TV in which the backlight does not work. The screen is completely black, but there is sound. At the beginning, I checked the status of the LEDs - visually they all looked ok, but with power only a few LEDs are blinking low every 4 to 6 seconds.
The next step was to examine the voltage at the power supply with the LED connector (EAX64905301 (3.1) power supply).
I checked the voltage for the Led-output, but it switches from 0.2V - 3.5V every 4 to 6 seconds. So my conclusion was that the power supply is defect. Does anyone know how I can probably fix it or where I can order a new power supply?
