Control of heat pump from control panel plus emergency switch

Hello, I have a question, how to control the heat pump from the control panel, i.e. I have already connected the control panel to the relay 12V to 230V and it works well, e.g. every 2 hours it starts the pump for 20 minutes, and now I would like to make an emergency switch of the pump e.g. when the control panel is damaged? I understand that I have to use another relay, but I do not know how to draw it, should this emergency switch control 220 current separately, bypassing the relay from the control panel? Regards.

If the pump is to operate in the event of a control panel failure, use a second relay with an NC contact, which is always operated from the control panel.
If the control panel fails for any reason, it closes the contact for pump operation.
