I want to use a 24 V DC relay to automatically start/stop a air handling unit that will be remotely controlled using a building management system. My problem is how do i wire the relay to the contactor that controls the coil on the AHU?

Hi Jo,
There will be two tabs on either side of the contactor that use 24 volts. It's simply a matter of connecting your two leads from your voltage source. Notice the terminals separated from the body of the contactor. One lead on one side the other on the opposite side. TADA!!!
