I have repaired my power supply myself several times. It consists of several power supplies. When shutting down quickly, replacing the small capacitor on the right by the outputs will help. The lack of any operation is due to the lack of voltage from the STBY inverter. It is the small transformer in the middle with the IC on the left that gets damaged.
