    Hello.

I have a Toshiba 32W1333G TV with 2 discs inside. 17IPS19-4 power supply and 17MB95S-1 motherboard.

I have neither image nor backlight. The LED first blinks red and green, then it turns solid green.
From the power supply board you can hear the chirping of the coil, probably L100, and from the main board the coil squeal L3.

I have voltage on all the main coils of the motherboard.
The capacitors are not bulged or spilled.

I am asking for help in diagnosis.

    Greetings,
    Damian.

    Then give it to happiness:
    - what matrix
    - what T-con

For this fullness you still need board numbers, not bare laminates.

Have you tried replacing the software?
You can find them on the Toshiba website.

After uploading exe'ka on usb and throwing to the TV all the time a black picture. I could reprogram the MX25L1606E bone with a programmer, but I would have to get a finished batch that fits this TV.

Rather, it looks like a damaged Nand U13 batch, if you have a batch and what to program, try it.

Ok my mistake. I didn't give enough light towards the screen. The problem is something on the backlight side. There is no image, no highlighting

I think it will be possible to help here more efficiently? What to measure, gentlemen and ladies? :)

    On PL201
    N.1 BL_ON / OFF_1 = 3.3V
    N.2 DIM_PWM_ANALOG = 2V
    N.6-8 = 24V

    Is the matrix damaged?

Added after 2 [hours] 6 [minutes]:

The case looks like this ....
1 led strip is damaged, it does not light at all.
There is not one LED on the 2nd strip, but the led is lit.
The third strip is OK. I write directly after giving 24V.

On the SSL320_0D3A inverter board, on the other hand, one of the Q15 08L01 transistors has no gate control, which means that the ground is not short-circuited to release it on the "-" strips. The control goes directly from U1 TR10E1, but I can't find a datasheet for it and I don't know what and where voltages should appear.

    Added after 8 [minutes]:

However, it was too low power consumption and the inverter did not want to turn on. I brought 3 strips to the state where most of the LEDs are lit and after switching on the monitor, the strips lit up.

It would be good to replace the diodes, preferably all of them on strips are 20 pcs

    That's my intention. LEDs ordered.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around a Toshiba 32W1333G TV experiencing issues with no picture or backlight. The user reports a blinking LED indicator and audible coil noises from the power supply (17IPS19-4) and motherboard (17MB95S-1). Despite having voltage on the main coils and intact capacitors, the TV fails to display an image. Suggestions include checking the T-con board, replacing software, and diagnosing potential issues with the backlight. The user later identifies a damaged LED strip and faulty transistors on the inverter board, indicating a need for LED replacement and further testing of the control voltages.
