    Hello.
I set the driver's seat to the lowest height, and he constantly pumps himself up to release the air in a moment and fall down. Is this a common fault, easy to fix?

The fault may be typical but you need more description if the chair height can be set without a problem and then miracles happen. Is it a chair Isri or Grammer. Probably the "cross" is embossed or adjustment cables.

They can also be wiped glides and will not hold the height either. You need to remove the seat and check

Hello. After removing the seat, you will know more. Sometimes the cables require adjustment and sometimes the reason for this can be a large looseness in the chair mechanisms. If this is a grammer then a small instruction may be useful:

The armchair is ISRI. The height can be adjusted in height, but it constantly pumping up and deflating. How to remove the seat? Maybe some ISRI instruction? I have the impression that the hardness setting is also damaged because there is something too loose about this setting handle.

So you didn't replace the pump? It costs pennies, and it starts with it unless you can hear the escaping air connection valve or if you have a rear large pillow it may be damaged gently wiped.
Move the seat forward as much as possible (of course the seat) into your hand a long flat stronger screwdriver - put it between the seat frame and the handle behind which you moved the seat forward you will see a flat bar with rectangular holes - press the screwdriver against the frame to raise the flat bar pull the seat forward together with a screwdriver. The rest of the cubes or the adjustment cord to uncover but you can handle it?
    Good luck.

No air escapes from the chair. I do not know if I understood correctly - I should put the screwdriver horizontally above this handle to extend the chair, deny the metal bottom of the seat, push down and pull forward? Pump where is it located? Got it in a SUDER store?

You have to raise the profile with holes up and pull the seat forward, i.e. towards the dashboard.
I don't know if you buy there, you can quickly ask.
