MAC Filtering - I want to restrict access only at certain times - Same time, every day - Different times of the day on different days of the week. You won't find anything else there.

But they can use the network or are they only visible in the GUI of the modem? Also, remember that this is simple operator equipment and a lot of things work the way it works. Try to restart Compal by current restart.

I've set up MAC address filtering from 10pm, but it doesn't seem to be working as it should. It still shows me the devices subject to filtering in the list of connected to the network.
