Hello. Has anyone heard of such an amplifier?
I`m going to buy one because of the casing, and if it plays quite nicely, maybe it will stay for longer hehe.
I`m looking for some opinions about him, anything...
Maybe someone has a photo from the center, or a diagram, or at least a cube sitting there.
    Regards.

It`s not worth it, the electronic system and the housing are extremely shoddy, inside there are TDA monoliths known from car radios (22W, THD 10%)

It`s obvious that you`ve never had an amplifier in your hands, but you`re the first to write nonsense. Inside there are two 2SB688 and two 2SD718 systems with a power of 80W each. In addition, branded Nippon Chemi-Con 4700uF 63V capacitors. The preamplifier is based on JRC4558D chips. Power output is 104W. As you can see, it is very decently made for a budget construction. The 22W THD 10% you mentioned is probably a joke. In this respect, it is certainly at the level of normal brand amplifiers. I don`t hear any distortion at all, and my hearing is good. Anyway, I have had this amplifier for over 2 years and it works flawlessly, and the sound quality is really very good for such a ridiculous amount of money and is no different from, for example, the Marantz PM5005 that I once had. As for the casing, you may not like it, but the truth is that it is made minimalistically, but certainly not shoddy - the front panel is made of brushed aluminum, and the rest of the casing is made of metal. I personally like it, and it makes a good impression in real life.

In my opinion, considering what this amplifier offers and how it is made, it is definitely worth it at this price. I can confidently recommend it. Opinions like Mr. andrew54`s that are not supported by any evidence are not worth taking into account, because they are a perfect example of "I don`t have any, but I will say something", which personally irritates me so much that I was tempted to take photos of my copy inside.

My friend, before you start accusing someone, please think carefully because I won`t allow myself to do so.

I have never had or been a user of the above-mentioned amplifier, so you are right, because Low-end equipment was not in my area of interest, but I had one at the service center - the customer brought it in because it crackled at higher volume levels, there were 5 TDA power amplifiers inside and simple luck!!!! Yours has two terminals, both on transistors. I don`t know - my jaw dropped, maybe the manufacturer decided to replace the guts at some stage of production because people complained. Who produces it, do they have a distributor in Poland? May I ask? Maybe these amplifiers are made differently for export to certain countries?

I wonder how yours powered the rear and center speakers since there are only two power amplifiers, probably through some kind of filter and it is a fraud that the amplifier has outputs for 5 channels and there are two power amplifiers? The one on TDA was better because at least the number of channels was the same.

Besides, your amplifier has been modified, have you had it since new? Did it have warranty seals when you took it apart for photos? Pay attention to the markings of the filter capacitors on the board, there should be 4 smaller 1000uF/50V ones - there are still traces of glue left behind, the way the transformer is mounted is embarrassing (overvoltage filter and PE cable on a scraped piece of metal), the heatsink is adapted for a different type of cooling - note that there is no air circulation between the top and bottom of the amplifier - this is a radiator designed for forced cooling at its end (or beginning).

So with all due respect, my friend, you come here with a heavily modified amplifier and you accuse me of telling the truth that it`s not worth buying.

I have this promethan but the capacitors are unfortunately not from Nippon... :D It`s a cheap Chinese game, but it works :)

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the Promethean AV-3016 amplifier, with mixed opinions on its quality. One user criticized its internal components, claiming it uses low-quality TDA monoliths, while another countered that it features robust transistors (2SB688 and 2SD718) and high-quality capacitors, asserting it delivers good sound quality for its price. Some users noted discrepancies in the amplifier's design, questioning its ability to power multiple channels with only two amplifiers. Overall, the amplifier is described as budget-friendly with a minimalist design, though some users reported issues with build quality and performance.
