    przepraszam mój google polish
Mam problem z Kemppi Minarc Evo 170.
Po włączeniu następuje wybuch na DPS pod przekaźnikiem K1.
Spawarką działa wtedy normalnie, ale obawiam się, że pójdzie źle.
    Gdzie może być problem?
    Dziękuję.

Istnieje system PFC. Kondensatory prądu stałego kondensatorów filtrujących mają około. Musi wynosić 380-390 V.
    Czy zostało skalibrowane?

    sorry my google polish
I have a problem with Kemppi minarc evo 170.
After switching on, an explosion occurs on the DPS under the relay K1.
The welder then works normally, but I'm afraid it will go wrong.
    Where can the problem be?
    Thank you.

Take a scraper, a mixture of alcohols for PCBs, a small nylon brush with short hair and thoroughly remove carbon! When only the glass canvas remains, dry, apply (By gluing the bottom - if it is not burnt - with a plaster) epidian 53 wait a day. Then drill the holes for the soft-start relay, mount giving, where necessary, jumpers with 0.8 CuAg wire.
The reason for the fault was probably a combination of circumstances plus metallic contamination of the welder's interior.
I wish you a successful repair.

Sorry for my late response. I had a lot of work.

I checked voltage of filter capacitors and the voltage was OK.
I wanted to clean black burnt PCB. I used electric milling machine with aluminium oxide grinding stone.
I cleaned PCB and I was surprised. No electric explosion after switch on.

I read SQ5AZP answer today. You were right!
I will treat PCB as you advised.
    Thank you a lot.
