Kemppi Minarc 180 Evo: No Power Output, R39 Defective, UDC Voltage Issue

Hello
I repaired Kemppi minarc 180 evo, which have these symptoms.
- Panel powers on
- Charge relay switch on and off
- No power output

R39 in UDC detection circuit was defective, no visible damage but infinite resistance.
Connector X6-10 UDC/100 detection voltage was 5V volts, should be in about 3.9V

BE CAREFUL PRIMARY SIDE VOLTAGES !
