I cannot install this program on two computers with Windows XP and Windows 7 and I have to settle accounts with the tax office.
When updating an old program and installing the latest version, it throws an error:

I have been using this program for seven years and this year the problem does not download forms.

Uninstall all versions of the program and install only the latest versions.
