Hello, I want to update the E-declarations application to the latest version 13.0.0 from version 12.0.3. There is an error during installation:
"This application cannot be installed due to a certificate problem. The certificate does not match the certificate of the installed application, does not support upgrades, or is invalid. Contact the application manufacturer." What to do?

    1) export data - settings tab
    2) uninstall version 12.0.3
    3) install version 13.0.0
    4) import the data

Hello. Apart from the problem with updating to version 13.0.0, I have a problem with exporting data from the program. I have a mistake. I am asking for a hint on how to export a data file step by step.

    Welcome,

there is no need to uninstall the E-declarations application. The problem is that the runtime for this application, Adobe AIR, "changed the vendor". Until the end of 2020, it was maintained by Adobe, but only in terms of security patches, while from the beginning of 2021, the Adobe AIR 32 version is no longer completely supported by Adobe. Harman took over the development and maintenance. A new version of Air (33+) is available now, but download the installer from https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime

So, just follow the steps below:
    1. Make a copy of the data via Program settings> Export data file (just in case!)
    2. Close the E-declarations program
    3. Download the file from https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime and run it (the installer will detect the Adobe AIR version and update it)
    4. Restart the operating system (probably the E-declarations program will not start)
    5. After restart, start E-declarations, wait for the update prompt, download and perform the update

Hello. Thanks for your valuable tips. Eventually, I was able to export the data and install the new version. It took me a while, because I am not an IT specialist, but I did it. Everything works fine. Thank you

thanks @heimdall - it worked exactly as you wrote

By the way, after the update, I noticed that in the 2020 tab (i.e. declarations for 2019) I have PIT-37 in the "working" tab and after opening it there is no document number assigned in field 3, while in the "sent - accepted" tab I have an icon RefID (instead of PIT-37) and at the bottom there is a reference number (which corresponds exactly to the one I sent last year - I know because I always make a copy in PDF and after opening it there is exactly this number in field 3) - and for that there is no "open" button, which makes it impossible to view the declaration sent.

It seems that after updating the id of the sent document, it was detached from the completed declaration and went away .....

... but how to fix it?

Of course, all the tips above have been applied, the update is downloaded automatically but it does not help break the message I wrote about, that's why this question.

You can always export copies of data, uninstall e-declarations. Install a new AIR (if you don't already have one) and install the latest version of the e-declaration, then you shouldn't want to update.

    Good morning
I will connect to the topic not to set up a new one. After updating the desktop e-declarations, I noticed that I do not have the PIt-28 form. I opened the database of forms, they are different, but this pit is not there. I have a question, is there something wrong with the update or has the MF not released it yet? please advice

Yes, on the MF website there is the PIT version (28), the Adobe AIR plug from HARMAN, as in the post above, I adapted to the current version. I have the latest version of e-declarations version 13.0.0. So it follows that the e-declaration has not yet been made available in the XML version and therefore may not suck yet.

sorry version 23, not version 28 as I wrote above. Czech mistake sorry.

I have a question how can I print a completed pit 11 for 2019 (I do not have a printer at home) on another computer where the e-declaration is not installed. I tried to save the pit in pdf and send it by e-mail but nothing comes of it because this document in the e-mail is empty?

So there is nothing to fill this point without a current update? Because I don't want to work either?

    I am asking for advice.

If now ( February 2021 :!: ) you are trying to print in the new version of the application pit11 for 2019 ! there may be some glitches
The new version of the application should not have any problems in saving to pdf pit 11 for 2020 :D

You can try to install a virtual PDF printer on the computer with the e-declaration, then print it to a pdf file.

Hello, I have updated my AIR application and environment. After filling in PIT28, I click "NEXT", but unfortunately there is no reaction from the program - I cannot go on and send PIT. Someone had a similar problem and knows how to solve it ??

As for pit 28, once the form in the e-declaration in the current version is filled in, it cannot be checked and sent. It is worth noting that when at the top of the declaration, instead of the PESEL number, we enter the NIP number, the print check can be made and the interactive printing reacts (so we are sure that we have filled it in correctly). When it comes to shipping, something is clearly messed up. Unfortunately, you have to be patient and wait for them to improve.

A little update - I finally managed to send my PIT28 yesterday (today?) After midnight. It was found to be effective in the following order:
    1. I have exported the data.
    2. I uninstalled the e-declarations.
    3. I restarted my computer.
    4. I updated Adobe Reader and then Adobe AIR.
    5. I restarted my computer.
    6. I reinstalled the e-declarations.

It also seems to me that when filling in the PIT, another PDF cannot be opened. So much. Maybe it will work for others too.

Half an evening lost to send one PIT28 file and nothing. I quit and went back to the old proven Pita program from the company ... (I don't know whether to write) and it took about half an hour to download, fill, send and download the confirmation. And I already have PIT28 out of my head.

I did all the 'Heimdall' steps, I have eDeklaracje 13.0, new AIR, but when I try to open the PIT-37 form, I have the following message: An error occurred during initialization. Failed to load the application resource (internal error). How do I get around it?

Obsolete ... uninstalling the eDeclaration and reinstalling helped.

    Good day.
I have a computer with 32-bit WIndows 7 and, unfortunately, when I try to use the e-declarations program, the application does not have access to the Internet, although the browser connection works on the browsers in this Internet. Additionally, certificate error notifications pop up, and when trying to install, after pressing view the certificate still does not work. I am asking for a quick answer.
    Thank you.

    Quote:
Check that Internet Explorer is not set to offline. Please check even if IE is not the default browser, for example: Mozilla Firefox shows the website and IE is offline then the application will show "Internet connection: inactive". The test may consist in starting IE and checking whether the website will be displayed, e.g. e-deklaracje.gov.pl. Additionally, in the latest version of the application a mechanism for checking the connection "on request" of the user has been introduced. To run this functionality, click on the "Internet connection:" text area.

    Doesn't hand check help too?

I understand you have already installed AIR? -> https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime
