    Hello.
In a situation where I can not buy a huawei b715 for a week (there are no cheap offers, the only one is for PLN 750) I am forced to buy a b535.

I have two questions about this router.

    1. The differences between b535 and b525 are that, above all, the new one can aggregate 2100 + 1800, but are there any more? (does b535 have a fixed bug with cable speeds like 525 [in the wifi sense there are higher speeds than ethernet]).

    2. Are there any differences between the white b535 for t-mobile / play and the black plus (they all have the same firmware?) (Rather not take from one network?)

And such a theoretical question in addition.
If the router has the possibility of e.g. 1800 + 2100 aggregation, then for aggregation to work, does the transmitting station also have to?

In T-Mobile and Plus there is equipment in installments included in the subscription and if someone does not pay, they block the equipment by IMEI and you have bricks. In Play it is immediately owned, those from Orange may have unlock, you do not have a big choice, with B535 users do not report any problems. For aggregation to work, it must be at the station, in Play, when the bands are at the station, it works, it is worse in NetWORKS.

In play, a special promotion and the b535 router is for PLN 400. Do you think that if we have a "New" and not a "second-hand" router and also sure that it comes from Play and a reliable proof of purchase, is the price ok? Is it still grossly exaggerated?

And is there any way to check if the router is from play and not other networks? I have the IMEI number given on the invoice (from the photos) from the offer, but that's just it.

I am already after installing two atk504 antennas and testing huawei b535 vs Zte mf 286.

I didn't take any photos. for which I am sorry.

    The results are as follows:

    ZTE MF 286:

One antenna on the best 1800 band during the day (from 1 am to 17-18 hours) squeezed 20-27mb / s. In the peak hours of 19-23 the speeds dropped to 14-17mb / s.

    Huawei b535:

On two antennas on the 1800 band between 23-17-18 hours, I get 37-42 MB / s, while in rush hours from 19-22 the speeds are at the level of 27-32MB / s.

So you can already see the significant difference of the two antennas.

If we add that on the huawei b535 I do 1800 + 2100 aggregations and achieve a continuous 50-65 MB / s during the day and peak hours, it is 80-90 MB / s at the best times, it makes a huge difference between these routers. However, I have one drawback, but it probably results from the fact that the transmitter is quite far away, almost 10km. Aggregation is kind of unstable. On the huawei manager you can see that LTE + appears and in 10 seconds there is regular LTE and then LTE + again. It turns on and off. (it also depends on what hours)

It is still said that the ZTE mf286 can also aggregate these 2 bands, but probably only on internal antennas. I did not want such or external.

The ping in the game also dropped, and so did the speed test.
In the game (LOL () ping from 57-62ms to 51-56ms. And speed test from 18-22ms to 14-16ms

I recommend Huawei 535 to everyone.

    best regards

As you can see, the difference is big between the MF 286 and the B535. On the 1800 band, you have twice the speed difference. Not to mention 1800 + 2100 aggregation where you get to 90Mb / s in peak times, you have 50-60Mb / s.
As for aggregation, I observe a similar thing at home, sometimes I also have LTE + and sometimes LTE when testing the external antenna. It makes me wonder a bit, I will have to flush it ;)
It's nice that you are satisfied.
