Lenze 9400 HighLine Inverter: Resolving DC-Bus Undervoltage DRIVE ERROR at 563V

Hi all.
I have a problem 9400 highline inverter Lenze ,
The "DC-bus undervoltage" error with the response "Trouble" occurred in the "Diagnostic" of "Engineer"
how i can resolve this problem knowing that the real dc-bus voltage is 563 volt
• the mains voltage is OK
• the setting in C00173 is 285 volt
I am looking to service or repair manual of 9400 highline if possible

Try to measure DC voltage on UG+ and UG- terminals. When supplied (400V on L1-L2-L3) there should be ~565V DC.
Then, in diagnostic (kepad or PC program "Engineer"/"Easy Starter") check the value of DC Bus shown (code C0053) - if there is 0V then you have probably a rectifier (or voltage measurment system) broken. In this case the inverter should be sent for a repair.
If the value in C0053 is OK then check the setting in C0174 for monitoring the undervoltage (but if it was working earlier and there is mains, I would suspect an inverter damage)

It's a hardware fault, you must repair the DriveBoard
