Hello everyone, I am writing for help with my Kemppi evo 200 MPLS, it is presenting error E 3 according to the manual, it is Network voltage too high, but the network voltage is 219 volts. stable,
1- When the machine is turned on, it is immediately in that state
2- If I turn it off and turn it on again, it keeps giving error E 3 and then it turns off.
3- It remains in that state without the possibility of unlocking.
4- It does not let you enter the Setup since they keep the error E 3.
5- Detect that the problem is in the Z001 main circuit card and rule out the problem with another main.
6- I have another similar machine and it works without problems, with which I detected the faulty card.

I'm stuck, I don't know where to attack the problem, if you could help in the repair I would appreciate it.
    THANK YOU!!

If the supply voltage is correct, check the voltage control, According to the diagram, "overvoltage" is 3 pin on the tape to A001. And by the thread to the ball ;)

Hello good afternoon here in my country, I ask you to check pin 3 of the connector and it leads me to A827 according to the photo I uploaded, I changed the A827 chip, but the problem persists, the measurements are made difficult by the rubber on the components I'm still in the battle! The photo shows a circuit board with electronic components and handwritten notes.

Hello, I checked what was indicated about the PFC voltage and indeed the voltage is 290 VDC which causes the error E 3, so the question is... do I have a defective primary rectifier and PFC module?
According to the manual, it indicates that this cannot be replaced and I must change the complete Z001 card, is this so? You can change only the module and not the complete card, if you can change the module, what would be the part number to be able to buy and replace it.
    Stay tuned to your comments.
    THANK YOU!!
