1978 Władimirec T25 Tractor - Stuck Gearbox Solutions: Gear Rods, Slides, Wheels & More

Hello everyone, I am a young farmer who bought a T25 tractor from 1978 with two couples. I need help because the gearbox is stuck. Of the four rollers, the first two are reared and no force moves them. Unscrewed slides, gear rods extended. I don't know what to do next, all that's left is to unscrew the top sheet under the wires. The lock rod has broken. On the right hand side of the gearbox you have a lever which pulls the rod out of the gearbox when you press the clutch. It often happened that the rod broke in the middle and only some gears could be shifted. Have someone push the clutch in for you and watch what starts to go. That way you will find out what is going on.

Thank you very much for the hint. To get to this fight lock rod do you have to remove the upper box housing? I'm just learning to operate the T 25 and it's throwing me into deep waters.

Hi there, partly successful, now a problem with the gearbox, the gearbox is unlocked, but the stick from the reverse gear cannot be changed from reverse to front as if something is blocking it. Is it the rods blocking it or something else. Regards Artur
