[Solved] How do I switch from ground coffee to coffee beans on my DeLonghi Magnifica S?

Hello, I have been the owner of a DeLonghi Magnifica S coffee machine for a few days and I have a problem with decoding the machine. Well, I want to make coffee with beans, I press the selected type of coffee, the machine starts to make noises but the grinder does not start and the message ADD PRE-GROUND COFFEE appears on the screen.
How can I change it?
I would like to add that after selecting the coffee strength between VERY WEAK AND VERY STRONG, I can change it with the arrows and when the GROUND COFFEE pops up, I cannot switch to BEANS. In fact, I do not even know if it is possible .... Please help because I am starting to get nervous that maybe the coffee machine is damaged.

And what is the position of the coffee taste knob (B6). Set to the middle position (or more to the right depending on your taste). Unless you provided the wrong name of the machine in the subject line
