JBL TUNE 500bt Wireless Headphones: Connectivity Issues and Unresponsive Power Button

I've been using these headphones for the second year and have never had a problem with them. About two days ago I got a call on the messenger and I didn't want to talk to the headphones on my ears and tried to turn them off, but apparently it didn't work. Since then, I can not turn them off, and when I hold down the on button, I do not hear anything the first time, and the second time I hear the sound of turning on. The light is white and it does not go out at all. I charged it and it did not help, and by the way I cannot find them in Bluetooth. Anyone had this problem? They broke or just jammed. Thank you in advance for each tip and advice.

Try holding down the power button for a longer time like about 30sec. and watch what happens. Sometimes the headphones seem to freeze. Perhaps it happened to you.

You need to reset the headphones, it should write about it in the manual.

Hello, is the problem solved? I have a similar problem with these headphones and am trying to figure out how to reset them to factory settings.

With the headphones turned on, you hold down the + and - buttons simultaneously for about 5 seconds and the headphones reset.
