Mercedes W205 C200 2016 - Error p052e71

Patient MB w205 c200 petrol 2016, traveled about 60k km
There is no check engine yet, but after connecting the diagnostic device, it shows the error: p052e71 and this indicates that it is: crankcase ventilation line. Has anyone had such a problem, I found a lot of posts in the U.K. and in the states, but they always write that you need to replacing the whole thing costs about £1,500 or $2,200 because it takes 6-12 hours of work
Is this really the only option to replace the whole thing (in the attached photo) or is there any alternative??? Cheaper and less labor-intensive
I will add that there is no check engine light yet
The car only drives around the city, can it be driven on a longer route and will that help?
Honestly, I have little knowledge about this ventilation system and any help would be useful

I got this error when connecting to my computer. But for now it doesn't crash on the screen so I'm not moving anything for now, I stopped caring about such trifles a bit, I had a problem with the noxes, I programmed them and the thermostat also reported an electrical error to me and it worked and worked correctly, so it was programmed and already the error it does not show and works as it should - all this electronics is sometimes more of a hindrance than a help
So far the car is running as it should, so I'm not messing with anything and I'm not looking for problems myself
