Greetings to everyone, my Hilti C7 / 36-ACS charger doesn't want to turn on anymore. I found fuse F1 blown, and transistor Q2 shorted. Can anyone help me with the wiring diagram?

P.S. Sorry for my bad English. HILTI C 7/36-ACS 230V Battery Charger Not Turning On: Fuse F1 & Transistor Q2 Issues

    Hello,
for what do you need wiring diagram? just replace faulty components and try if it works.
I would check also at least this big capacitor
    Good luck

It looks like the plastic cover from the big cap is "peeling" off from the top, this is the sign that the cap needs to be replaced. The "peeling" may be from the bottom also. Replace that cap too

    Hello,
Check also the resistors near the transistor, especially one that is the shunt (low resistance). Always use a 500-800 Ohm resistor to discharge the big cap before replacing it.

Hi I have a problem. When I plug the battery, charger starts, fan works and after 10 seconds charger stops. Did anyone solve this problem? I replaced L6599AD IC and MIP2M2 IC but same. Relay, triac, mosfets, all zener diodes good. Battery is good. Anyone can help me?

The problem is in the battery charge level measurement line.

    >>21639574 zakrouf, I have the same problem. After 10 seconds of inserting the battery, the charger turns off. Even when it's on you can't hear any relay or fan. In standby, the light comes on for 10 seconds and then turns off. In the post you said "The problem is in the battery charge level measurement line." What should I check? Thanks, @zakrouf

If the F1 fuse and Q2 transistor are both damaged, there is a good chance another part caused the failure, such as a shorted rectifier, capacitor, or power IC. Replacing only those two parts may not solve the problem. It can help to check surrounding components for heat damage or unusual readings first. Have you already tested the bridge rectifier and main filter capacitor for faults?

Topic summary

The Hilti C 7/36-ACS battery charger is reported to be non-functional, with a blown fuse (F1) and a shorted transistor (Q2). Users suggest replacing the faulty components and checking the large capacitor for damage, as well as inspecting nearby resistors. Additional resources, including a related thread and images of potential issues, are shared for further guidance. One user also describes a different problem where the charger starts but stops after 10 seconds, indicating possible issues with other components like ICs, relays, and diodes.
