[Solved] Cheap home control "from the world" - what to choose?

Hello.
A colleague recently asked for 2 devices for remote measurement and control and gave the minimum requirements.
The idea is to remotely switch on the electric heating in a holiday home while away and control the room temperature.
1. mains socket.
2. measurement of the room temperature.
3. an Android app. There is internet in the cottage.
Not intended to be a whole system although who knows what will come up in the future. Maybe someone can advise on something.

1.Sonoff S20
2. Sonoff TH
3.Evelink for Android
With the proviso that the current does not exceed 10 A otherwise an additional contactor must be given.

The choice fell on the Sonoff TH. Thanks for the hint.
