    Probably too little flow.
Have you checked the filters? Maybe an airlocked system?
How do you have the buffer connected? As a coupling or in series?
Do you have floor shorts? Radiators? Any controls? Valves?
With so little information about your installation, we can only guess.

I had an eco-pea coal boiler, I replaced it with a PC, power supply for the buffer and DHW from the heat pump, further from the buffer, output to the installation of floor heating on the ground floor - upstairs, 2 pumps behind the buffer on the ground floor and upstairs, three-way valves for floor heating, the installation was left after the boiler, 2 ladders in the bathrooms are powered from the buffer, return from the buffer and HUW connected to the heat pump

I installed the buffer so that the pump sees the buffer and has the right amount of water to prevent frosting, not what is behind the buffer, I just wanted not to modify the already existing installation.

Hello, the mesh filter in front of the pump was clogged, as I cleaned it, everything is ok for now.
