I have a Manta LED4207 TV. The remote is not working and when I try the buttons on the TV it displays KEY LOCK. I have tried solutions from YouTube but they are not my make and model so none of them worked. I bought a universal remote control but it didn't have my exact model so it won't work...

Contact the Manta service and ask them to send the universal code or instructions to restore the device to the factory settings.
