I have a Manta LED4207 TV. The remote is not working and when I try the buttons on the TV it displays KEY LOCK. I have tried solutions from YouTube but they are not my make and model so none of them worked. I bought a universal remote control but it didn't have my exact model so it won't work either. Does anyone have a solution?

Contact the Manta service and ask them to send the universal code or instructions to restore the device to the factory settings.
