Siemens EQ.7 brew unit piston gets stuck after just a couples of brews

Got a Siemens TE712291RW/02

It started complaining about clean brew unit, sometimes change brew unit. I cleaned it and it could run again. But now it is down to every second brew I need to clean the brew unit.

The "piston" gets stuck, så I need to rinse and force it loose again, and the machine works again - a couple of brews.

Coffee was ejected everywhere inside the compartment. So I also had to clean this.

My question is... how to solve this so I don't need to clean the unit so often. Is the brew unit faulty or is the problem another place in the machine?

Could I perhaps disassemble the brew unit to clean it better - or do I need to change parts in it? I can see that it has some o-rings?

You need to use food safe silikonfett to lubricate the piston and other moving parts in the brew group. You can buy an o ring kit but try the silikon first.
There are quite a few good YouTube videos showing this its very similar to the Bosch units.

I bought a repair set on Amazon, but I only got the larger 0613 (four of them actually)

0614 was not in, but maybe they need to be ordered separately? I only need the o-rings (0612) or the full "thing" 0614?
