This is probably a safety valve that should release when the pressure is too high, but from what you can see, it doesn't hold at all. check out this repair video:

I took it apart and it fell apart in my fingers. It was polluted inside.

Finally, my father-in-law threaded a new nut for me, I screwed it in and it works. Alternatively, the spring can be replaced in the future.

My valve is stuck, but it's super lubricated. I lightly hit it with a knife and it runs away.
