In accessing the Internet in GSM / LTE technology, shared resources of the BTS base station are used together with other users. That's why it is on the contract

If there are several people within the reach of this BTS, each can draw their maximum limit from the contract. If there are several thousand of these people, your speed will be poor.
Therefore, before signing a contract for the Internet, you should search for an operator with the fastest and least loaded BTS in the area.
Read the posts by mothers451 and others on how to carry out BTS reach and load tests of various operators. Only on this basis, you can choose an operator, choose a router and possibly external antennas.

I will check this topic. For me, sharing is as clear as sunshine. The problem is that I got clear information that the link, which should be unlimited (to the extent that it is divided at a given moment as you say by the number of people you use), has a blockade imposed by T-mobile, which results from the number of the data I downloaded. So the internet like unlimited works on the terms specified in the contract (the so-called small print) with a specific data limit, and even worse because this entry shows that they find out when the transmitter is loaded and when they impose a restriction on me (not even me informing). There is also a record that this restriction lasts until the end of the billing period, and then it supposedly unlocks. But looking at how internet 1 used to work (data nolimit, no speed limit), when it broke (i.e. I conclude that they imposed these restrictions on me) it was never the same again.

I do not believe in such a coincidence that just when I chose the services to the same tariff, I suddenly have a problem with the Internet, which was not there before this operation. In addition, I wander like a child in the fog because all these parameters and how it works are not clear to me. Hence this topic.

I have followed the topic you provided. Unfortunately, I can't add my results there, I will attach them here. At 2600MHz, there is no range at all on the router. The same is true at 1800MHz, but when I try to measure, I think the BTS changes every now and then because there are 3 lines once, then 2, then 0 and so on from time to time. Even speedtest at 1800 is barely doable because it hangs after the download test.

The router in the same place, only on this card, there was neither a connected TV nor anything downloaded (i.e. I assume that there is no restriction that is mentioned in T-Mobile). When I turn on CS: GO on one internet it is ping 35, and when I do it on the other, the ping jumps to 60 and has jumps to 200. How is it possible that these things do not come out on the measurements in the game, right?

Unfortunately, you agreed to such provisions by signing the contract. These types of limitations are obviously uninteresting for the user, but necessary in the case of high bandwidth oversold. If there are no such funnels, one or several heavy users can almost completely arrange access to the net for other users of a given mast. And they can be really heavy ... And that funnels evolve - well, that's life, more and more heavy users and operators have to deal with it, because on the one hand the bands are not made of rubber, and on the other, there is no real way to control the number users sucking on a given mast. This is what it looks like, because even the pictures from LTE H Monitor are for different BTSs - 1800 and 2600 first, 2100 - second. The mast is the same, but the technical equipment is different. And other occupancy with users. Speedtest should always be the same with the same target server. Only one user active, connected with a cable, wifi off. Otherwise the comparison doesn't make much sense. You would have to know if the connection is in both cases from the same BTS (eNB id) and on the same bands. Otherwise, the comparison may not make sense again. For games, ping and jitter are usually the most important, so working with a forced single best band (not aggregation) usually gives the best results. And what kind of router do you have, because something can not break through the thicket in the posts?

I didn't write that it was you. Only such users are in nature, treating LTE as a light, and, as the saying goes - archiving internet ... And it is they who probably generate a significant part of the problems with overloads. The second is over-selling of bandwidth. It is marketing that focuses on the misunderstanding of future users of the idea and principles of LTE operation. The most important thing in such corporations is to get a NEW AGREEMENT, and what will happen next is basically irrelevant ... let others worry ... the customer's departure can always be explained and blamed on others. In other words - no real competition ... The Internet is the same from the contract side, but the router, after changing the cards, logs in to the station again - and it does not have to be the same station, on the same bands, etc. But in such a case, it would be random, i.e. on each card sometimes worse, sometimes better ... If there is a trend that one of the cards gives a weaker connection on the same hardware under the same conditions (eNB id, bands), i.e. clearly longer pings, then it looks like there may actually be a difference in handling cards at the station or somewhere further. It is possible that some tariffs have higher priorities at the stations than others, even though they are theoretically from the same contract. Check the pings over a longer period of time with some program, more -> test 4. You connect with a cable to the router ONLY with a measuring computer, turn off wifi and measure. It can be different. The topic of pings is difficult at all, because they are generally not included in contracts. It's almost like there is something that doesn't really exist. Ping latency can be generated everywhere - at home, on BTS, on structural networks between your operator and the target server operator (games), on game servers ... Check how it will be after forcing a single strand. 1800 turned out well. It's a good all-round router, but sometimes you have to help it by finding a better location or adding external antennas. Changing the operator in LTE is always worth keeping in mind. Because LTE is something that is Here and Now. Today is fine, tomorrow is not anymore. You know, there is also no rose without thorns ... If the MF-258K is only in the option to buy it, because the manufacturer would have to change the soft one (to B04), because the one in the Play products sucks.

The transfer limitation for you are base stations in which you are within range:
- eNB 181193 is a short-range omnidirectional antenna at Alpejska 42 (Institute of Cardiology) and LTE is only in the 2100 by 10 MHz band (in the 15 MHz plans), so currently you will not get more than about 70 Mb / s from it
- eNB 280335 is a station at Mrówcza 243, more overloaded and much further, so additionally the transfer is reduced by a generally weak signal (2600 - 15 MHz + 2100 - 10 MHz + 1800 - 10 MHz + 800 - 10 MHz)

- eNB 5256 Play you catch from ul. Żegańska 1 (chimney of the Międzylesie Heat Plant) and has 4 LTE bands (2600 - 20 MHz + 2100 - 15 MHz + 1800 - 15 MHz + 800 - 5 MHz)
