Not.
The category only indicates how many bands can be aggregated by the UE (modem/router), and what specific band combinations the UE can aggregate depends on the manufacturer. Again, for different regions, the "same EU type" may have different combinations of bands and aggregation types.
The problem is that many manufacturers do not specify what exact combinations of aggregated bands the EU data has. And this is true for desktop/mobile routers/modems/CPE as well as smartphones. Especially smartphones.
"300Mbps" here means aggregation of two bands with modulation QAM64 !
"50Mbps here means upload bandwidth for QAM16
"supports MIMO 4x4" - down MIMO4x4.
Summing up - as @jimasek wrote - only the specification of a given EU is authoritative.
