Hi Tafel GV8700 shows water tank empty after start and works when making it stand the water tank at the top. I have changed the water pump still problem persists. I would appreciate any help .

Hello. Check the water level sensor if present on this model. Often, such a fault occurred in Philips irons, just a small float with a magnet hung in the sensor tube horizontally in the water and did not turn on the reed switch. Best regards.
