    Hello
I received a new coffee machine (as in the title). I followed the instructions on how to turn on the device step by step and I can't take the step because the message "water circuit empty" appears. There is only the option to turn on Ok. If I press this button, the machine tries to draw water, and then the same thing appears again... empty water circuit. What could be wrong? There is water in the tank, everything is installed correctly. The machine hasn't made any coffee yet. And I bought it from a woman whose gift was duplicated. Everything was originally packed. It was obvious that the coffee machine had not even been taken out of the box because it would have had to be destroyed first.

It looks like there is some kind of blockage on the water side and the water tank side. Basically, the coffee machine should be filled with water by gravity. Maybe some dirt is blocking the water flow...
By "trying to draw water" do you mean that the pump works for a while? Can you hear this metallic buzzing sound when the pump is running? Does water start to drip out somewhere while the pump is running? Detection of failure to flood the water circuit, in my opinion, is based on the fact that the heater heats up too quickly and overheats. So there may also be an option that something to do with measuring the heater temperature or thermostats there.
However, first of all, the patency of the water circuit

Is it possible that such dirt is already in the new coffee machine? Where to look for it?
You can clearly hear the pump working and the metallic buzzing. However, it fails to absorb water and turns off.

Apparently it is possible :-) . Is there a filter added to the water tank? Dismantle it. The water tank definitely has a valve, you can pour some water into the tank and move the valve from the bottom to see if water is flowing. The inlet hole in the flowmeter is tiny. I had the same problem a week ago. In my case, someone probably took out the tank while pouring water and placed it on something, and then something could have stuck. 99.9% of water refills are made by pouring it into another container, without removing the tank, but still...

It turned out that the water pump was broken. Manufacturing defect.
