    The volume is at max. The sound is quiet when playing something over the Internet. The antenna is ok.

    Hello. I had the same experience. The sound from the amplifier was quiet; after connecting to the TV, it was the same. Resetting the remote control settings helped. To restore the remote control to factory settings, press and hold OK and Home (Play Now). And that's it. Good luck.

    I had exactly the same symptom and this combination of buttons on the remote control solved the problem immediately.

    FYI, the same symptom occurred on the new Play Box TV decoder I received these days. In addition, the volume control and mute (from the remote control, of course) did not work. I OK Home helped immediately. Years later, thank you for the solution.
