Two days ago I received new EVOBOX decoders (Lite and PVR). Okay - undo and recording option. But no one could tell me how to set the list of "favorites", i.e. your own order of programs. Five people from the hotline claimed that after pressing the "Menu" button on the remote control, the word "TV programs" will appear in the top selection list. They did not want to accept that there was no such position. Through testing, I found out that the desired state can be reached by pressing the "TV program" button on the remote control. A menu expands with the option to add to favorites. But here I am stuck again, because after adding my own list of programs, I don`t know how to set them to be displayed as default. Switching between the general Polsat list and favorites does not work (as was the case with older decoders). Again, neither the sales point knew about it (they suggested checking the manual, but there was nothing there), nor the hotline. Somehow I managed to do it. Only after some time I realized that (after setting the favorites list) I had to press the "TV program" button again and search for "watch" in the list. It`s up and running. I just don`t know yet how to smoothly manage the list so that all and favorites are displayed in two columns and you can make changes between them or change the order of stations in your favorites. If anyone knows, please give me some tips.

I got the Evobox PVR yesterday and after many attempts I reached the same result. It seems that it is not possible to swap or change the order of channels as in PVR7000. You probably need to make a list in the desired order on a piece of paper and in that order add channels to your favorite list, "jumping" through "all".

I don’t think we understand each other: it’s about setting a list of favorite channels and following this method, our options include: remove from favorites list. There is nothing about creating a new one or adding to favorites. At least for me. That’s why I created it (wanting to have the desired order of channels) in the way I provided above.

Already have a list of favorites and want to change the order of channels?
First, you need to change the list of currently selected channels from ALL to FAVORITES.
While watching a channel, press the left arrow and then the right arrow.
Go to ALL, press OK and select FAVORITES from the list, then select a channel from the list and confirm with OK.
Then press Menu twice on your remote control.
Next, go to CHANNELS, press OK.
Press OPTIONS on the remote control. A list of options will appear. Select ACTIONS and then SEQUENCE.
Now you are in channel transfer mode. Select a channel with the arrows and press OK.
Then use the arrows to move to the position in the list where you want to move the channel and press OK. (You can use the number buttons on the remote control to jump to an item in the list more quickly.)
Confirm the operation by pressing OK again.

It does not work!!!! Parents got this decoder. Worthless crap. How can you pay so much money for such crap and not be able to set the order of channels? Unthinkable. Nowadays, they push people with crap that has no settings. Someone came up with the idea that Polsat should be on channel 1 and that`s how it should be. I would never want it even for free. I advise against it if anyone is wondering whether to sign a contract with them.

But you can do so by creating your own Favorites list. You can`t change standard channels because that`s how the operator set it.

There are instructions on how to create one on the operator`s website, just visit and do it.

You press the Menu button twice.
In the main menu of the decoder, use the arrow to navigate to TV CHANNELS and OK.
Then on the remote control press OPTIONS further in the on-screen menu => List => Modify => Favorites
Now press OK to mark the channels that are to be added to the list (a check mark will appear at the top of the window with the channel logo)
Then, to finish adding, click the down arrow and Ok to confirm.
This way you add channels to the Favorites list in the order they appear in the All list.
Therefore, it is easier to arrange the order of channels in the Favorites list by adding from the action menu. Right arrow on live. ADD TO FAVORITES
To edit the order of a single channel in the Favorites list, use the Options menu in the TV CHANNELS menu.
First, select the Favorites list in the TV CHANNELS menu and go to the list to watch a given channel, then return to the TV CHANNELS menu.
Then, from the OPTIONS menu, we select => ACTIONS => ORDER, clicking OK on the channel, select the channel to be moved and use the arrow to move it to the selected position (you can numerically select the position you want to go to), then press OK at the selected position and confirm with OK again.

It works, you just need to read it carefully.
To edit the order of channels in the Favorites list, you need to switch to the Favorites list.
To do this, first select the Favorites list from the available lists, then select a channel from this list, and then confirm the channel selection from the OK list.
Otherwise you remain in the All list where you cannot edit the channel order.

Note: The Favorites channel list appears in the selectable list only if at least one channel is added to it.

Unfortunately it doesn`t work. There is no option to change the channel number. I want to set e.g. tvp1 on channel 1

After all, this should be the basic setting option. And I told my parents to stay away from Polsat. There are much better choices from the competition.

Because there is no option to change the basic list until you create a list in Favorites and switch to it. You can sort channels there and move them as you wish.

My friend wrote exactly how to do it.

    http://www.polsatbox.pl/nowy-soft/

ps The easiest way is to buy not the operator`s decoder, but the Ci+ module and a receiver with Enigma2, where you can freely create your own program lists, the same is true in the TV where the module is used.

I added it to my favorites list and it doesn`t help me because there is no option to change channel numbers there. I`ve been struggling with this crap since the morning

In my free time I will make a video on YT - :)
You don`t need to understand it, just take the remote control and follow it step by step.
The description was made from practice.
Evoboxes were also supposed to have a separate menu in the "Channel Management" Settings, but there were no allies to turn the project into code.
What is currently visible is laziness on the part of ADB.
Lack of good channel management is one of the unfinished elements of the Evobox PVR project.
Fortunately, the project for the "old" CPT decoders from the HD family was entirely implemented in CP and there is a menu there, but also with some compromise due to the hardware limitations of the decoders.

Yes? Maybe in Orange? Here`s a list of your favorites to scratch around after every power outage. Each update of the list by the operator results in the same thing.
Maybe in Canal+, where it`s similar?
It is worth knowing the issue you are writing about.

I`m refreshing an old topic when it comes to the list of favorite channels. After creating such a list, each time after a power outage this list disappears and I have to create it again and my question is whether there is any way to prevent this list from disappearing.

Do you mean the Favorites list or another one you created?
    Which decoder is this?

If you have a Polsat decoder, check it, just turn off the power and the "favorites" list will have to be created again

Well, there are several Polsat decoders called Evobox, so which model and which software version?
For example, I use the Evobox IP decoder and I have no problems with the favorites list, so I would like to ask for specifics.

I have 3 decoders at home: 1 Polsat Box 4K and 2 Posat Box 4K Lite, and the same thing happens on all of them. The favorites list disappears when the power is turned off, you have to create the list again.

model D61BW, the latest software available, if you have this model, unplug it for half an hour and see if the favorites list disappears

Do you have the Polsat Box 4k (D61BW) decoder configured in satellite + Internet mode?
Is the decoder connected to the Internet?
How many channels ~ do you have in your Favorites list?
What software version is visible in Settings / About / Conditional Access.

I just tested it on my Polsat Box 4k decoder and everything works properly, software version 1.4.6.
I added 6 channels to my Favorites list. I turned off the decoder using the remote control to standby (soft standby) and disconnected it from the power supply for an hour.
After reconnecting the power supply, the Favorites list is complete and the decoder starts on the last watched channel in the last selected Favorites list.
Maybe your decoder has memory corruption and that`s why it loses the list.

And I have another question: the beginning of the movie and, as you can see, the list: recently watched (every time for me) when I turn on the decoder, the damn thing shows up?!!! How to turn it off? There was peace for some time and then it happens again!!!

What you have at the beginning of the movie, this menu, is what appears in my case every time I turn on the decoder, I turn on the decoder and this appears:

You can`t do anything about it with this operator`s strategy. To quickly close this window, press Exit or Back on your remote control.
This screen used to be blocked by disconnecting the decoder from the Internet.

What nonsense, you were right, I didn`t think about it, turning off the Internet in the decoder eliminates the problem!!!
    A sick solution
