    Hello
I have a broken Kemppi MinarcTig Evo 200 Tig welder.
I have measured the IGBT and rectifier module to be OK. The DC bus and control board is also OK
The problem seems to be that the IGBTs are not switching, as there is no output of the welder. There should be a 16V voltage to the IGBT drivers but the service schematic I have obtained seems to be of an older version, I can't seem to find the correct measuring points.
Does anybody have an updated service schematic of this model (newer than 2015 service manual)
Or has anybody looked at these machines before

Or maybe someone had seen these machines before?

The evo 200 welder (each version) has an integrated igbt module that 'drives' the power transformer and another one that supports PFC. the transistors are chased from the panel board through the optoelectronics on the board and directly from the pulse transformer. Often the current-voltage measuring circuits on the Z001 board are damaged and then the processor protects itself. The device is difficult to repair, and the Finns, in accordance with the EC decision of 1996, keep all service materials deep in drawers. Typically, repair is done by replacing the entire Z001 module. For about a hundred cases of failure of the evo200 machines, only a few times a module like the Z001 failed.
