Hello. I have a problem with redmi note 9 pro. The problem is that since the messenger application hangs (probably) the phone fell into the so-called bootloop. It keeps rebooting all the time. First, the Redmi logo appears with a note powerded by android at the bottom. Then, wanting to run, there is the MIUI logo and that's it. the display gently brightens and dims several times and enters the recovery mode. Over and over again. Unfortunately, factory reset is not an option because there are sensitive data that I need to recover (photos, videos, etc.). Will there be someone who will understand the topic? Apparently it can be done, but I don't know if I can do it with locked bootloader and without usb debugging enabled.

First, check if it starts in safe mode, which will probably work here after holding down the mute button as soon as the Redmi logo appears. It is also worth checking the switch button, because it can be short-circuited, which keeps it active all the time and causes continuous reboots. In some Xiaomi models, e.g. Redmi 9A / 9C, these keys are suspiciously often damaged, maybe there will also be a problem here. Messenger is unlikely to cause such problems.

    The combine I did was:
Power + vol key - fastboot starts
The power + vol + key starts recovery.

Now it no longer responds to the charger. Because when I connected the charger, the phone just starts up.

Not so. You start Safe mode by holding down the mute key when you receive the bootanimation with the word MIUI. If it is able to turn on, you will see the lock screen saying Safe Mode in the lower left corner.

It doesn't do anything. Total flap. If the bootloader were unlocked, it would make things easier.
