Hello. A frequent reason for the lack of charging of such headphones is the deterioration of the contact quality between the pins protruding from the box (charger) and the contact pads in the handset itself. Inspect it carefully and make sure there is no dirt or tarnish. For example, when women use such headphones, the contact areas are covered with foundation or other specificity applied to the face. 😁

I was supposed to write earlier about the elastic contact (that's how it can be called). There is only one piece of advice here - disassemble the charging box and try to repair this contact - the spring pushing the contact upwards is probably damaged. This is a job for the handyman I can't help much remotely. You have to look in your place of residence - maybe some mobile service will want to fix it. Good luck!
