    Hello

    A colleague came to me with a phone with a rather strange problem, namely the phone only charges when it is turned off. When it is turned on and the charger is connected, there is no reaction in the phone. Checked on two chargers, nothing happens when connected to a computer.

    The phone was just picked up from the service where the Micro-USB connector was repaired / replaced.

    What could be the reason ?

    It looks more like a system error than a socket.
    After connecting the power supply, there is no reaction?

    No reaction whatsoever, as if the phone was not connected at all
