Yes, you are right, there is only a description and explanation of the controller firmware. But there is no binary working file of the software for communication - there is no EVSW. I have never found it anywhere, but it exists, I have screenshots with its window.
If you can find the real EVSW software - download it here. I would like to have the program too, just in case. ))

>>21493501 Hi. Everything is fine with the installation. You just don't have enough ocx libraries in your system. When you install drivers on ev2300, these libraries are there, and the installer registers them in your system. Better do it.
But you can try to install Microsoft Visual C++ 2015-2022 Redistributable packages (x64) or (x32), depending on the system.
