De'Longhi ECAM 22.110B: Unusual Water Accumulation in Grounds Container - Seeking Fault Diagnosis

De'Longhi ECAM 22.110 B, used for around 2.5 years, was regularly descaled and never had a problem with it.
For some time, more and more water began to appear in this small red tank on the left, which poured into the drip tray.
Now it's even worse because the water appears in the grounds container, which has never happened before.
Despite these faults, the machine works quite well, only the water in the tank must be topped up and emptied with a lot of coffee grounds.

Can you deduce something from this, where to look for the fault?

After replacing it, one of the valves should be well, what is there will be let through.
