Hi, I need some hints, I have a Sonoff Basic R3, I can't pair the remote (433MHz universal self-copy) - I press the button on the Sonoff for 5 seconds, the diode flashes according to the instructions, I click the button on the remote but without much progress. Control from the phone works...

Maybe reset the Sonoff to factory settings and pair the remote control first, then the phone
