    I've dug up a few modules that go by different names Sonoff 4ch or Geek Creit but that's about it.

    On this module, one of the buttons is responsible for changing the operation of the relays.

    The problem is that if I set it to monostable on/off, the module clicks 3 (out of 4) relays when powering up and when entering programming mode it also switches 3 out of 4 relays and only switches them off after exiting programming and restarting.

    How to eliminate this problem ? In general, is it possible to eliminate this change of operating modes ? It is a pity because I have a few of them and they could be used.

    .
    This functionality is stored in an additional proc that controls the relays.
    You can remove it and make jumpers to control directly from the ESP pins.

    Cool thanks I will try to solder it but which pins to connect to which ? The ones directly from the gpio with the ones that go to the other circuit ?

    I can't remember what to connect to what - it's been a long time since I did it.
    The board is clear enough that you will get there by the paths.

    Circuit desoldered:

    Sonoff 4CH, Geek Creit - Unwanted relay activation during start-up and programming .

    Now just to pick out the relay control:
    GPIO 12 => relay 1
    GPIO 5 => relay 2
    GPIO 4 => relay 3
    GPIO 15 => relay 4

    So according to this schedule:
    Sonoff 4CH, Geek Creit - Unwanted relay activation during start-up and programming .

    Solder test.

    Effect:

    Initial tests show that it works as expected.
    Maybe it will be of use to someone.

    I also have a question about what the circuit at the ESP at the bottom of the board is responsible for ?

    It looks as if additional e.g. relays could be connected ?

    Hello
    The circuit at the bottom of the board gives you the possibility to control from the remote control when soldered to the below solder points of the radio controller. They are even dedicated to this board and fit in the solder points. The module after the small modification above works nicely as a sonoff 4ch additionally has remote control after soldering the radio controller.
    Thanks gents for your help and non-directional problem.

Topic summary

The discussion revolves around the Sonoff 4CH and Geek Creit modules, specifically addressing an issue where multiple relays activate unexpectedly during power-up and programming. Users suggest modifying the circuit by removing an additional processor that controls the relays and directly connecting the relays to the ESP pins. A user successfully desoldered the circuit and provided a pin mapping for relay control: GPIO 12 for relay 1, GPIO 5 for relay 2, GPIO 4 for relay 3, and GPIO 15 for relay 4. After these modifications, the module functioned as intended. Additionally, there is mention of a circuit at the bottom of the board that allows for remote control capabilities when connected to a radio controller.
