    Hello.
I have JBL bt500 over-ear headphones and today I noticed a problem: the right earphone is not working, everything was working fine so far. What could be the problem?

Remove the wires and reinsert them, if it does not help, measure the resistance of the headphone circuit if these are wired headphones.
This can also be done with wireless ones, you just need to open the patient.

Have the headphones been tested with another phone, preferably with a different Bluetooth version?

It would be a good idea to first eliminate potential connectivity problems.

It was checked and one earphone still does not work, even when turning it on or off, if there is this sound from JBL, it can be heard in one earphone, but before it was heard in both

I was on a trip and I had them in my backpack and something like that could have happened because I had them in the back pocket of the backpack

Try to give it a rest and see if charging is effective, it has one or two cells, the measurement is faulty, it may be damaged.

I think that in such a situation it is necessary to visit the service center or replace the headphones under warranty (if it is still valid), because you will probably have to open the headphones and look for damage to the connections inside.

When it comes to wireless headphones, sometimes you need to charge them for them to work properly, and if they have a cell and a device in one or two earphones, you should check the device`s power supply and whether the earphone has not suffered a break in the membrane coil circuit in the event of a fall, this is diagnostics, basics. What could be damaged. Or the cable in the headband connecting the headphones. Dear deduction, if not, then maybe this.

It`s a funny situation, gentlemen, with these headphones. I disconnected them from charging and they took 15 seconds to charge because I only saw if they were lit and both headphones were working, what could it be? And they are charged to the max because now when I connect them, I can see them

Check the user manual what it means, different manufacturers may have different meanings of such information, I know about repairs and breakdowns, I don`t know about specific equipment that I don`t have.
Check if they are fully charged in the manual, I suspect that technology has advanced and 15 seconds may be enough for operation, but check in the manual, that`s what it is there for.

Not charged with the electricity needed for their operation, there are apparently two cells that do not discharge equally, known as the stereo effect.
