Hello, I have downloaded here and updated my media, but after the update, media is unresponsive, turns on every time I start the car and is set to play FM radio on max, I can't turn it off. How can I turn it off completely? HELP URGENT NEEDED

Can't get to factory reset, my screen is not responsive. Nothing reacts.
