Welcome, I am trying to choose an environment for ESP 32 programming in C between esp_idf and Eclipse, which one do you propose ?

. ESP-IDF is the SDK for ESP chips and Eclipse is the IDE. There are two IDEs to choose from: Visual Studio Code ( Link ) and Eclipse ( Link ). I use VSC.
