If you use other devices, it is not possible to provide detailed instructions, but the steps you need to follow will probably be similar to the following:

Log in to the administration panel
Most often, this requires entering the address 192.168.1.1 in the browser
Login (in many cases it is permanent and reads "admin" and password can be found in the device manual
Find the menu item/Network tab
Locate the DNS section with the main/primary and secondary/secondary entries
Enter the IP addresses provided at the beginning of this material
