JBL Free X Headphones Not Charging: Right Earbud Issues & Troubleshooting Tips

Question

Hello,
I got the jbl free x headphones, I checked them, they worked great, I charged them, the charging case too, I put them in the charging case. They were there for a few days, today I wanted to start and the right handset does not turn on. When I plug it in to charge it stays on for a while then turns off. Please help, I do not have a receipt, so the complaint is out

Try replacing the USB cable... maybe there is a problem with it.

I just replaced the cable, the charging case is charged and I put on the headphones, the right one will light up for a moment and stop lighting and the left one is charging.

Problem with the handset charging or with the charging case that is the charger? In addition, the battery in the handset is charged.
A colleague checks the contacts in the handset and in the charger. You can also switch the places of the headphones while charging their batteries. If this does not help, then such a handset should be checked with a voltmeter whether there is voltage on the contacts, which would indicate a direct connection of the battery to the contacts. If so, check the battery voltage by measuring it across the terminals.
If the battery is not connected to the contacts, the handset must be disassembled to measure its voltage.
The battery is probably a lithium ion battery, so it must have a voltage between 2 and 4 volts. Lower voltage qualifies the battery for replacement.
Please do not be fooled by the magic words of sellers who can call such a battery - a cell or a battery.
While the battery is an electrochemical cell, the battery consists of at least two cells (rechargeable batteries or disposable cells).
If you have difficulty understanding the above, please have your headphones repaired or buy a different one.
