Notis H 264 recorder - payable playback of the recording

I am looking for a specialist who will recreate, for a fee, a day recorded on the Notis H 264 Digital Video Recorder. For me, this is a matter of the utmost importance because it concerns the registered unexpected and sudden death of a person closest to me. I will also be grateful for every message informing me where to look for help in this matter because so far I have not found any professional who would be able to fulfill my request. He adds that for unknown reasons, the recorder cannot be moved back one day. The last specialist I talked to claimed that probably after 14 days the recorder records again on these previous days. If the data has actually been overwritten, then someone who recovers the data should take care of it.
