Hello, the case is as follows.

I have dozens of points scattered around Poland, each of which is under surveillance (Hikvision DS-7204HGHI recorders and cameras in the majority are DS-2CE56D1TIRM
(2.8MM) also from hika) I have a remote view to everyone.

Due to the need to archive recordings, I have a question, is there any possibility for events from all recorders to be recorded / dropped to one server (disk) located in my office on an ongoing basis?
I am open to all advice and suggestion, disks in recorders are mainly 2tb and it would be hard to drive and replace disks or to rip recorders.

By ivms 4200. At least it was cast during training, but I never checked. All recordings need to be archived? Then you will need a powerful server with huge capacity.

from what I know it flies only with IP cameras and not with recorders. If I'm wrong please correct me.

I don't know how to deal with recording on NAS. Maybe here would be the solution.

ivms takes camera images through the recorder, so they don't have to be ip

Not all but a minimum of 2 months, that's enough for me at one point 2tb. It is known that everything depends on the number of cameras, quality and schedule but the point is that all recordings should be in one place at the same time. So let's say in a situation where a particular recorder or rather the disk is damaged or stolen it could be recovered. In addition, it is also about events recording themselves as on the disk in the recorder, I know that you can do it through ivms but you still need to do it manually.
