Location of EEPROM 24Cxx on Siemens 6ES7 214-2AD23-0XB0, also known as the Siemens S7-200 CPU 224?

Venturing off into a new place, I received an old Ice Machine with a S7-200. I'd like to get the program from the locked PLC.

I have the info for the reading of the eprom, with PonyProg.

I can't seem to locate the 24Cxx on the board. Any one happen to know it's physical location?

Any tips or tricks to get this thing unlocked are appreciated also!
