Sure, the condition of the engine is important. Only I do not have problems with gasoline. It does not go out while driving or idling. And when I switch to gas, there are various problems. So if the installation is so sensitive to capture much more than gasoline, it is probably worth choosing a different one.
Otherwise, you can always exchange something. And it's candles, and it's filters, and it's wires, etc. Only then starts to lose the sense of using a gas system. Because when I am every 10-15 thousand, I would add filters, candles, wires and who knows what else it will turn out, that it will be cheaper for me to ride on petrol.
I will add that my friend has a different installation and does not add new parts over and over again, and he has already traveled 500,000.
In addition, if DT GAS performs repair for 580 PLN, and then says that the car is guilty, I feel cheated because this expenditure was unnecessary.
    greetings

Hello, and can anyone recommend a good workshop to dgtas in Warsaw. In total, the installation has for about 2years traveled on it about 32kkm and everything works sensational but I'm afraid to drive to a scrambler for a review to destroy everything. I want to replace the filters themselves, but it's good that they have an idea about DTgas.

Unfortunately, the only person who knows the password is the person assembling the gas. Because it sets the original password.
There is an emergency option, read below.

In case the user forgets his password to the system it is possible
    generating a one-time emergency password.
    To do this:
    1. In the "Enter ECU password" window, select the "I forgot my password" tab,
    2. Press the Generate key key,
    3. The program will generate an emergency code that should be remembered,
    4. In the customer service office or on the manufacturer's website, on the basis of
generated code, you can receive a one-time emergency password,
    5. The received emergency password allows emergency access to the system.

Here is the link to the latest gas tech program that I was able to find on the web, and firmware 1.40.02
    http://rapidshare.com/files/91995799/DTGas_Software.rar

There is a newer firmware 1.50, but unfortunately I do not have it, if anyone would have it please for inclusion.

It is strange that the manufacturer himself does not want to provide the owner of this installation with any data, and in others it can be downloaded from the website. Even myself, I was in the manufacturer and duuuuupa in Lublin!

I bought a car with DT gastech500 instillation. For me in Bydgoszcz there is no DTgas service. No gas distributor wants to make adjustments because they do not know this installation or do not have time for other things than they do. I managed to download the manufacturer's instructions with the program description for the sequence. I will look for myself from checking the correct assembly to the calibration test.
I am looking at the GT500S v2.4 program for now. I have v2.6. and I do not know if it will connect to v2.4. it is certainly connected because one gasifier has already merged. I am also looking for the pins of the cable under rs232.

If someone could give you the link, I will be grateful!

    My instalcki's composition includes:
    - GT604S driver,
    - Tomaseto Alaska AT09 evaporator
    - Valtek 3ohm injectors.

I have a problem with idle. Sometimes it goes out of turnover. After connecting it came out that the gas pressure is 1.8bar. The evaporator set to minimum and lower can not be descended. The program does not want to go through the auto-calibration at idle (when switching to gas, it chokes and goes out).
I was digging into the documentation of the manufacturer of this gas installation. The diagram for the GT600S installation shows that the pressure sensor should be connected:
    - Pressure - to the injector rail
    - vacuum - so atmosphere (i.e. in the air).
The latter was connected to me via a T-pipe for underpressure from the intake manifold and reducer and in the program set to the atmosphere (this connection method is shown in the GT500S installation diagram). If I unhook this conductor, the revolutions are stabilizing for a while but then there is a hole between the reducer and the collector. How should it be and whether the reducer needs a vacuum?
The second question is what should the injector nozzles (diameter) be? The manufacturer writes that in engines with a capacity of 1500 - 2.5mm. In the program I have 1.5mm set.
Do you suspect damage to the evaporator ??

And I have a question from another keg, does anyone have or knows how to get the generated password? Is it possible to reset the password without entering anything? ECU is 500s

    Hello, I have a question
This soft track which puts sliders8484 is in version 1.40.02, but it is not written to what ECU it is suitable for. The calibration program does not have this written either. Did they unify it somehow? Will I be able to load this 1.40.02 into my ECU - 604S?

    Thanks and best regards

    ps:
    @ Sylwek1980:
Vacuum is not an atmosphere, it's a vacuum. For me, this tube is connected to the inlet manifold - that is to vacuum :) .

I think that it should be suitable for 500 600 and 700. For my ECU on the one hand there is a sticker 500s on the second 600s, and in papers 700s. ECU is just like computer. It needs to be loaded with a proper program and is supposed to work, and each subsequent version of the firmware is just improved and enriched with additional functions. Apart from how I visited the office, gentlemen said that there is no difference between ECUs. As you downloaded the package from the link above and looked at all the files, you should see a text document with the history of the respective firmware versions.

    InterMan,
I do not know if this password can be completely avoided. And when it had to be done by someone from writing programs. I have already purchased the cable and I do not have access, I will be calling tomorrow in this matter to dt gasu. This is what I corrected the installation after the pseudogasifier.

    sylwek1980,
I also have a question about what is going on with this underpressure? I have 700S and I have to atmosphere, but I'm going to change it. I think that all dt gas is learning from mistakes, but vaccum to atmo. ????
As far as nozzles are concerned, the tables from other manufacturers show that, for example, up to 1800ccm 2,5mm, and they give 3mm. To make it work for you, you must in the program set the diameter you currently have in the car. It's best to check it yourself.

Ogulnie, I will not put this crap any more. When I get to the program, I will share it with impressions. Happy!

and I can regulate the ECU by myself. I still have to change the vaccum to the collector. The only strange thing is that the manufacturer in the manual suggests up to 1.8 3mm nozzles and such I have screwed into the collector, but when the out of the injector is less than 2 mm in diameter. In the program again, it is possible to set a diameter larger than 2.1mm. What to think about it? One does not bind one with the other.

I do not recommend this installment to anyone !!!! Now I regret that I did not look at what is available on the market, I would choose 300 stag, not at all on their site everything is available.

I also regret that I chose this crap. I was tempted to say that this is a Polish company, many branches, there will be no problems with the service ... but a stupid person. I am also fortunate to go to ECU and set up. Perhaps I will finally come to solutions to all the shortcomings of the installation.

Ps. sliders8484: this soft for configuring what you've done works OK with my ECU :) Do you have a newer version or are you on this one?

    to the 1980s
you do not give any engine or car
pressure too high, you can turn to the wrong side, set about 1-1.2 bar, it's a good reducer
nozzles depending on the capacity, start with the smaller ones
Ideally, the calibration will come out about 1, down the nozzles too big up too small
the program has a wide range of calibration conditions, which can translate into work not like stag or diego inform about the wrong nozzles
there were many versions of the programs, some better than others, the new one does not mean better
another matter is the firmware, and it was a lot, it depends what you've uploaded, sometimes I had to go back to the old version especially when it comes to injection other than the sequence
maybe you have gas injections out of order, unfortunately the program does not offer testing of injectors but only deactivates them
generally, a little bit of heart to regulate, but every single one I do rides without major problems
and generally, every instalke can fuck up but it's probably generally known

Kolego Gustin, I have version 1.50, but unfortunately I just uploaded to the ECU by my pseudogasownik (I thanked him for his services and I fix it myself), so I will not help. Call dt gasu can share (I doubt it). They're selling shit to people and no access to information!

I think that if this sofcik works, then maybe change nothing.

I noticed in my car that when I connected the map sensor to the collector, not to the atmosphere, the car is weaker and the reducer howls stupid. The conclusion in my opinion is that this computer does not measure MAP at all. The MAP is 0.2 to the collector and to the atmosphere. In my opinion, it only measures the pressure and only because it drops to gas when it falls below the norm.

Secondly, the pressure I have at idling speed of 1.5 and as I screw it into a higher speed it falls. It should be the other way round, because there is a higher vacuum and the diaphragm in the regulator should suck in, and thus increase the pressure.

And after that you have already calibrated your car while driving? I have not yet but I am going to.

    Added after 5 [minutes]:

To Gustin. I was just beginning to think that you are from Lublin. It's best to come to the dt gas headquarters in Lublin and give them a newer version. If you press them in person, maybe something will come of it. Greetings!

Hello. I have been struggling with this installation lately, for now I was able to connect with the central lpg. Also, the password popped up, I typed only one 1 enter, two 11 enter and came as I did not lie to six 111111, or 7 1111111 and connected. Successful calls to ecus.
